Use one clear photo of a person, under 20 MB, as JPEG, PNG, or WebP. If the paid job fails, open Refunds. To write to the studio, email support@chipmunksdance.net. The contact page prepares a draft you send from your own email app.

## A photo was rejected

1. Use a still image, not a screenshot of a video player.
2. Keep one person large in the frame. A pet will not fill a slot.
