# Refunds

> What happens when a paid chipmunks dance fails, and what a disliked result does not include.

A failed paid job needs a refund review. The failure message is not itself proof that money was returned. A finished video you dislike is not an automatic refund.

## Two different cases

- If the job fails, a reserved pack run is released. A cash refund still waits for the payment provider.
- If the file plays and you wanted a closer face match, that is not the failed-job case.

## Questions

### What if my Chipmunks Dance video fails or the faces look wrong?

If the job fails, ask for a refund review and keep the receipt. If the video finishes and the faces look off, that is a result limit, not an automatic refund.
