ChipmunksSend a clear report
Identify the work or person involved, the relevant page or result links, your contact details, and why you believe the use is unauthorized. Explain whether you own the rights or act for the rights holder. Include your name and signature. Do not send account passwords, payment details or unnecessary identity documents.
The operator has not yet verified a reporting email. The contact page shows the currently available contact details. This page does not submit a report.
Your likeness
If a result depicts you without your permission, include its link and explain your concern. You do not need to republish or redistribute the result to identify it.
Disputing a removal
If you believe your content was removed in error, contact the operator with the original report or order reference, an explanation and supporting information. Any formal counter-notice requirements will be communicated for the applicable request. Sending a message does not automatically restore content.
What happens next
Reports are handled under the studio's acceptable-use policy. These rules also apply to repeated unauthorized use.
Initial response: Within 1 business day of receiving a report.
Review and handling: Within 7 business days of receiving a report.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in the Asia/Shanghai time zone (UTC+8). The period starts when the reporting inbox receives the report.
If a complex case needs more time, we will explain the reason and provide an updated target before the original deadline.
Preparing a draft does not send it. Keep the report reference when contacting the operator again.
