Photos and the video
Photos you upload are used to make the dance you pay for. The video is stored with your account when you are signed in, or with the guest order in this browser when you pay as a guest.
Output images, video, and audio are not reviewed by a moderator. Text checks apply to the studio's own instructions, not to a visitor prompt, because this dance does not take one.
Account and session
A session cookie keeps you signed in and keeps a browser-owned guest order. It is not an advertising cookie.
Buying a pack requires an account. Paying for one dance does not.
Reports
The reporting inbox is not configured, so this site cannot promise that a report has been received.
When an inbox is configured, the published acknowledgement and review times on the host policy apply. This page does not invent a mailbox or a deadline.
Payments
Checkout may be handled by Dodo Payments. The provider used for your order is identified when checkout opens. Only a provider approved and enabled for this site can accept a new payment.
The selected provider processes your payment details and the billing or contact information needed for checkout, tax and receipts. We keep the order reference, payment status and transaction information needed to reconcile payments and refunds. This site does not store your card or bank credentials.
A payment, refund or dispute remains with the provider that processed that order. Returning from checkout does not itself confirm payment.
Media processing
No additional media-review process receives uploaded or generated images, videos or audio. Media is not scanned, sampled, transcribed or submitted to a separate review service for this policy.
Generation and storage processing described elsewhere in this policy still apply. Media availability does not indicate that the result passed a media review.
Your work and share links
Your library is private by default. Creating a share link requires signing in and choosing to share a specific finished file. Signing in does not create the link.
Anyone with an active share link can view and download that selected result without an account. The link does not include your uploaded source photo, instructions, account or payment details. Shared results are not added to a public gallery or sitemap.
Share links remain active until you revoke them or delete the creation. Revoking a link stops future access through that link; copies that someone already downloaded cannot be recalled.
Deleting a creation
Deleting a creation stops access and revokes its share links first. File cleanup then removes its output and source files when no other work or task still needs them. The library shows whether cleanup is pending, complete, retained or needs attention.
Files with another active reference, or older references that cannot yet be safely verified, are retained for checking rather than guessed to be unused. Orders, financial records and necessary audit records remain. Deleting a creation does not cancel a generation already running.
Operational measurement
In the European Union, the United Kingdom and unknown regions, optional analytics and advertising measurement wait for your choice. Elsewhere, enabled measurement runs by website default while respecting saved refusals, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Automatic activation is not a record of consent. First-party site analytics uses an anonymous visitor identifier for up to 90 days and a session identifier for 30 minutes of activity. Your privacy choice lasts up to 180 days and can be changed through Privacy choices on the Cookies page. No device fingerprint is used.
Recorded site-analytics fields are limited to page paths, referring domains, bounded campaign labels and public model settings. Source photos, prompts, full referring URLs, share tokens and full IP addresses are not recorded in this event data. Available source information is attached when an order is created; missing sources stay unknown. A website account may be associated with permitted analytics on this site, never across unrelated sites.
When Google Analytics 4 and purchase attribution are configured and measurement is permitted, public page visits and advertising source identifiers go directly from the browser to Google. Pseudonymous Google browser and session identifiers and the measurement preference can accompany a Dodo Payments checkout. Dodo’s confirmed-payment integration then sends the purchase value, currency and payment reference to Google so a purchase can be associated with the original visit and advertisement. It does not send email addresses, phone numbers, photos or prompts to Google. A checkout redirect is not proof of payment. Advertising personalization and enhanced conversions are not enabled. The current Google integration and cookie details are shown in Website and advertising measurement below.
Payment, refund and result-ready totals come from server business records. A download request is not proof that a file was saved. Raw measurement events are kept for 90 days and non-personal daily summaries for 12 months. Separate infrastructure analytics, if present, have their own measurement scope.
