Refunds

A failed job and a video you simply dislike are not the same case.

When a paid job fails

If a paid generation fails, the charge needs a refund review. The failure itself is not a confirmation that money has been returned.

If a run was reserved from a pack and the job fails, the reserved run is released. A cash refund still needs the payment provider to confirm it.

When you dislike the result

A finished video that does not match your taste is not automatically refunded. Likeness and timing can differ from the photo.

Review the file before you post it. The studio does not promise a particular face match.

A closer look

More to explore.

A failed paid job needs a refund review. The failure message is not itself proof that money was returned. A finished video you dislike is not an automatic refund.

Two different cases

  • If the job fails, a reserved pack run is released. A cash refund still waits for the payment provider.
  • If the file plays and you wanted a closer face match, that is not the failed-job case.

What if my Chipmunks Dance video fails or the faces look wrong?
refunds

If the job fails, ask for a refund review and keep the receipt. If the video finishes and the faces look off, that is a result limit, not an automatic refund.
